An exciting opportunity exists to join the team in the role of Guest Service Agent.
Your Role -
* Effective management of all arrivals and departures ensuring that check in and check out procedures are followed
* Processing new reservations and managing changes to existing bookings
* Maximising room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
* Process and deliver in-room dining and mini bar
* Preparation of daily reports as required
What you will need –
* Ability to work nights and weekends is essential
* Previous experience using Opera Cloud is highly regarded
* Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
* Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
* Eye for detail and accuracy
* Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
