This role requires an experienced administrative professional to provide support to senior leaders, manage calendars, and coordinate activities across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Proactively support senior leaders by preparing materials, correspondence, and meeting agendas
* Manage complex calendars, travel, and logistics across multiple time zones
* Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor management
* Support events, workshops, and team rhythms
