Join to apply for the Room Leader role at Nido Early School – Mandogalup. As a Lead Educator, you'll lead, inspire, and make a lasting impact, working closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team to design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity. This position will be working in Classroom 4 with our Kinder children.
Responsibilities

* Collaborate with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team
* Support Kinder children in Classroom 4
About the Service
* New, purpose-built 82 place service
* Gorgeous single storey service catering for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 outdoor play yards
* Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching communication with families about their child’s development and fostering active participation

Skills & Experience
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday
* In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service
* Strong communication and time-management skills
* A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
* Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
* Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
