We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our marketing strategies, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote HY International Trading's products across different supermarkets.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target customer segments.
* Manage social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding, promotions, and customer messaging.
* Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as suppliers, partners, and supermarket buyers.
* Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotions to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
* Create and manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
* Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative marketing techniques.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the grocery or retail sector.
* Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
* Knowledge of the grocery wholesale market and consumer behaviour trends is a plus.
