What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage your own employment law matters in a calm, high-performing environment that respects individuality and wellbeing.
* Advise on contracts, restructures, dismissals and compliance
* Represent clients before the Fair Work Commission and courts
* Draft clear, practical employment agreements and policies
* Provide HR advisory support to loyal employer clients
What You'll Bring
* 6-8 years' PQE in employment or workplace law
* Genuine interest in working with employer clients
* Sound drafting and advisory skills
* Empathetic communicator who values collaboration
