About the role Reporting to the National Product and Marketing Manager – Bedding & Manchester, and based onsite at the Corporate Office in Homebush West, you will play a key role in managing the end‑to‑end production lifecycle. You will; Build and maintain strong working relationships with offshore suppliers and factories. Manage product creation, sampling, and production timelines across multiple offshore suppliers and product categories. Liaise with offshore suppliers to meet critical deadlines and production requirements. Coordinate with freight forwarders and the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch and handover. Oversee quality control and provide detailed reporting on samples and production. Source new fabrics, trims and factories to support product development. About you You will have experience in a similar role supporting production lifecycles, along with strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail. You will also have; Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of fabrics and quality control processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience liaising effectively with offshore suppliers.
