We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Professional to join our National Sales Team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Western Australia, as the successful candidate will be required to attend in-person client meetings and industry events across the state. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and driving business growth by delivering tailored IT solutions, primarily within the Education sector.
Responsibilities
* Build and manage strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients
* Research business opportunities and viable income streams
* Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product and service offerings, along with relevant market trends
* Write business proposals, assess and respond to tenders
* Create quotes and proposals for customer requirements and build sales pipelines
A Bit About You
* Proven experience as a BDM / Account Executive or similar role
* Strong understanding of the relevant market and the unique products and services that can be delivered
* Demonstrable experience in dealing with high-level negotiations, creating quotes and designing customer specific solutions
* Proven track record in converting sales leads and selling IT solutions – including VMWare, infrastructure, cloud, MDM services, mobile devices (Apple, Android and Windows iOS)
* Excellent time management and planning skills
* High-level communication & stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
* The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
