Job Title: Ship Manager
The role of Ship Manager is to oversee the construction process, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards are met, and customer satisfaction levels are achieved.
* Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading a multi-disciplined construction team to deliver vessel builds according to cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction requirements.
2. Developing a culture of excellence in construction management, project delivery, and leadership within the team.
3. Identifying, developing, and implementing a construction plan to ensure consistent outputs and meet customer expectations.
4. Providing safety leadership and guidance to the team.
Requirements for this role include:
* Australian Citizenship for Baseline Security Clearance.
* At least 3 years' experience in a Project/Production Leadership position.
* Strong management skills, including team building capability.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Understanding of project management principles, including Earned Value Management.
