Prestige Auto traders Mansfield are looking for a pre-delivery professional to assist in overseeing the smooth preparation and delivery of all vehicles. The pre-delivery department is integral to our customer experience, ensuring vehicles are received promptly and presented to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Pre delivery Manager in the running of the Pre Delivery Department
* Reconditioning of vehicles
* Check in and process keys, vehicle documentation, and arrival of new stock
* Prepare and raise Repair Orders for vehicle deliveries
* Allocate work orders to technicians efficiently
* Raise and manage sublet purchase orders
* Conduct periodic quality control inspections to uphold high standards
* Finalise and cost repair orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Liaising with Sales staff to ensure promised date of vehicle delivery is met
* Liaising with third party suppliers to ensure promised date of vehicle delivery is met
