Contract Administrator Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Contract Administrator to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of multiple commercial construction projects.
* This key position will involve preparing and issuing subcontractor packages, purchase orders, and contract variations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage subcontractor progress claims, payment schedules, and approvals efficiently.
* Assist in the preparation of head contract claims, EOTs, and project reporting.
* Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants effectively.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, registers, and financial tracking.
* Support procurement and tender evaluations.
* Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and regulatory standards.
* Contribute to project scheduling and forecasting alongside the delivery team.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction.
* Solid knowledge of contract law and experience with AS2124/AS4300 contracts.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Proficiency in construction software and MS Office Suite.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar.
* Construction Induction Card (White Card).
* Ability to work across multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
