The School of Nursing is a highly engaged, supportive and innovative academic team within the College of Health and Education. Your New Role
We are seeking 2 × Lecturer of Nursing to join our team. The roles are primarily based at the Mandurah campus; however, successful applicants will be required to undertake teaching at the South Street campus, with time split between both locations as determined by teaching and operational needs. As a Lecturer in Nursing (Level B), you will contribute to the development of scholarly research and professional expertise aligned with contemporary nursing practice and education, and you will play a key role in delivering high‐quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs, while also contributing to service and administrative activities within the College and University.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to teaching across the Discipline of Nursing through the preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials, seminars, practical and simulation‐based teaching, workshops, assessment, and student supervision.
* Actively engage in curriculum development, teaching quality, and educational innovation, working collaboratively with students and colleagues to enhance nursing education and learning outcomes.
* Provide academic guidance and advice to undergraduate, postgraduate, and higher‐degree‐by‐research students, fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments that engage a diverse student cohort.
What We Offer
This continuous, full‐time (37.5 hours per week) position attracts a remuneration of $113K – $134K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Master's degree relevant to the appointment, or equivalent experience meeting AQF Level 9 outcomes.
* Experience in nursing education, with positive student and colleague feedback.
* Commitment to evidence‐based teaching and contemporary nursing pedagogy.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.
