Customer Service Advisor - Big 4 Bank ($37.13/hr + Super | 6‑month contract | Full-time | Start 23 Feb 2026)

$37.13/hr + Super
6‑month temporary contract with strong potential for extension
Full-time hours per week on a rotating roster (Mon-Fri 7 am-9 pm, occasional Saturday shifts)
Start Date: 23rd February 2026

Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor (Cards & Digital), you will be the first point of contact for customers with queries related to their credit and debit cards, internet banking, and mobile app services. This is an inbound call centre role, handling approximately 40-60 calls per day while delivering accurate, friendly, and solution-focused support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with card-related queries such as lost or replacement cards, balance transfers, and rewards points.
Supporting customers with digital banking and app troubleshooting.
Educating customers on banking products and services while offering tailored solutions.
Navigating multiple systems efficiently to resolve enquiries promptly.
What you'll need to succeed
Full working rights in Australia and availability for 37.5 hours per week.
Previous experience in customer service (call centre, retail, hospitality, or banking).
Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
Ability to multi-task across systems and absorb training quickly.
A passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related fields (preferred but not essential).
