As we continue to grow, we are very focused on ensuring that we have strong capabilities and talented people to support our success.About the role:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercialization Manager to join our Marketing team, based out of Adelaide or Sydney (with travel to ADL) on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be crucial in accelerating growth through the rapid development and flawless execution of innovation and portfolio optimisation projects.Reporting to the Marketing Director - Obela, your mission will be to deliver project management excellence and leverage total Obela | PepsiCo resources for effective commercialization processes. You will secure quality and timely commercialization of new products and enhance existing products in the innovation pipeline.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning and execution of innovation and value engineering projects, ensuring key deliverables and timelines are met.Oversee the Innovation Gating Process, ensuring appropriate governance through Stage Gating and effective decision-making forums.Collaborate with R&D, marketing, procurement, production, sales, and finance teams for seamless product development and commercialization.Maintain close liaison with procurement, packaging suppliers, production, and supply to ensure operational success.Work with marketing and sales teams to develop strong go-to-market plans, including forecasting and launch execution for each account.Track and report post-launch performance, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launches.Lead end-to-end special projects designed for incremental growth, including commercialization initiatives for alternative retail channels and specific product launches.About you:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.5+ years of experience in product commercialization, with a strong understanding of innovation gating processes.Strong financial acumen, with concrete P&L understanding to drive profitable growth.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges and propose solutions.Results-oriented with initiative and leadership capabilities to operate in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.Proven experience in managing complex projects, including functional interdependencies and stakeholder management.Outstanding team leader with strong communication and collaboration abilities; adept at influencing at all levels and managing conflict.Experience in operations/manufacturing and working with packaging suppliers is a plus.Self-driven and able to work independently while fostering teamwork.Competitive remuneration.Great Reward & Recognition Program.Health and Wellbeing Program.Flexible work arrangements through ObelaFlex.Engaging and enjoyable events throughout the year.Plus, enjoy free hummus and other dips!
