About the Role

* Monitor sales performance and implement actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
* Manage wage budgets and rosters in line with company standards and best practices.
* Drive team development through training, coaching, and succession planning.
* Create a strong, positive store culture focused on results, learning, and employee wellbeing.
* Bolster community engagement through partnerships with local sporting clubs and healthcare organizations.
* Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance in line with national and state regulations.
