Overview
We are seeking a Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. This position offers flexibility with part time and full-time opportunities available. The role involves providing evidence-based psychological support to clients across a range of presentations, with scope to tailor your caseload according to your clinical interests. In addition to individual therapy, there are opportunities to provide couples therapy, family therapy, and/or conduct psychological assessments, depending on your professional interests. You will benefit from a highly supportive environment, including access to peer consultation, resources, and structured systems designed to facilitate optimal clinical care.
Remuneration
Our practice offers highly competitive remuneration structure, with strong earning potential supported by our established fee schedule and high client demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults depending on your area of interest
- Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with ethical and professional standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture
- Collaborate with GPs, schools, and other health professionals as needed
About You
You are a compassionate, client-centred psychologist who values working in a collaborative, flexible, and professional team. Whether you’re newly registered or bring extensive experience, you demonstrate a strong ethical foundation and a commitment to making a meaningful impact.
- General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
- Demonstrated experience providing psychological services (private practice experience not essential)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
- Endorsement in Clinical Psychology (not essential)
- Experience in couples therapy, particularly with Gottman Method
- Experience in family therapy
- Experience using common practice management systems
