**About The Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of this position is to communicate with customers in an established and diverse customer base by inbound and outbound calls, you will be supported by a state-of-the-art computer system that supports sales extremely well.
Reporting directly to the** Sales Administration Manager** some of your responsibilities will include:
- Record CRM of contact and follow-ups with customers
- Take and record inbound and outbound sales orders over the phone
- Handle any queries that come through or forward through the appropriate person
- Assist in other areas of business as needed
**About You**:
- An interest in watersports, environmental areas, travel and outdoor recreation is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, strong initiative and drive
