***** Volt Auto Electrics is a busy, workshop-based auto electrical business located in Capalaba, QLD. Due to continued growth, we're expanding our team and are currently seeking three full-time team members to join our workshop.

About the Work
Our workshop specialises in 12V and 24V automotive and caravan electrical systems, delivering high-quality workmanship across a wide range of vehicles.
Typical work includes:
General auto electrical, diagnostics and repairs
Accessories and aftermarket installations
Complete electrical fit-outs for caravans, motorhomes, campers, and 4WDs, including:
Solar systems
Lithium batteries
Inverters
DC/DC chargers
What We're Looking For
Automotive Electrician
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Electrician who takes pride in their work and delivers consistent, high-quality results.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
Trade qualified with Cert III in Automotive Electrical Technology (or equivalent)
Install, inspect, and troubleshoot automotive electrical wiring systems
Diagnose and repair faults across vehicle electrical and electronic systems, including but not limited to lighting, wiring, alternators, starter motors, and charging systems
Use modern diagnostic tools to accurately identify and resolve issues
Perform repairs and maintenance in line with industry standards and safety regulations
Strong problem-solving skills with proven, hands-on auto electrical experience
Have good effective communication skills and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Caravan Workshop Technician / 12V Accessories Installer
This role suits someone with practical experience in 12V systems and a passion for caravans, touring, and recreational vehicles.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience working with 12V systems in 4WDs, campers, motorhomes, and caravans
Confident installing accessories such as solar systems, inverters, DC/DC chargers, batteries, and other 12V equipment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
An auto electrical background is highly regarded but not essential
In house training and ongoing support for the right candidate
Have good effective communication skills and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Apprentice
