Our organization is seeking a dedicated Family Support Specialist to engage with adults and young people, providing individualized counseling support as well as group sessions.
About the Role
This position involves:
* Delivering brief intervention models and therapeutic interventions to clients
* Establishing self-help support groups for carers and providing ongoing support
* Developing wellbeing care plans with clients using a strengths-based approach
Candidates will have a strong passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and families, as well as excellent communication skills. A tertiary degree in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work is required, along with current driver's license and Australian working rights.
