Assistant in Nursing / Personal Care Worker – Casual | Aged Care | West Melbourne
About the Role: Contract Care Recruitment is seeking experienced and reliable care workers to join our casual pool! We are receiving daily shifts Monday - Sunday. You will be supporting aged care facilities across West Melbourne suburbs. Enjoy the flexibility to choose when and where you work while making a meaningful difference in aged care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care in residential aged care settings
- Supporting residents with clinical and personal care needs
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes
- Collaborating with facility staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
To Be Successful, You Will Need:
- Cert 3 in Aging Support
- Minimum 6 months’ aged care experience in Australia
- Current police clearance (within 12 months)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
- A compassionate, professional approach to aged care
