**Your Role**
As a Settlements Manager, you will be responsible for responsible for the delivery and support of daily Settlements services to the branches and our members, including but not limited to; timely processing of home loans including loan security documentation associated with purchases, refinances and discharges. The role is also responsible for providing on-going support to members, branches and third parties associated with the full loan process.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum of 3 years in a loan settlement people manager's role
- Knowledge of the mortgage process - post credit approval and pre-settlements
- Legal and or conveyancing knowledge is desirable
- Experience with reading certificate of titles, loan contracts, mortgages, other loan documentation
- Ability to effectively prioritise, manage deadlines and adopt to new ideas and concepts quickly
- Confident, enthusiastic, motivated, works well under pressure, takes ownership and responsibility of all matters and shows exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated high customer service and relationship management skills
- High level attention to detail
