Leadership Opportunity: Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Role
This position reports directly to the Restaurant Manager and is responsible for managing restaurant operations in their absence. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of our menu items, ingredients, and procedures to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role suits individuals who are enthusiastic about hospitality management and motivated to promote our unique brand values.
To Be Successful In This Role
* A proven track record in supervisory or management roles within QSR, restaurants, or hospitality industries.
* Completion of a Food Safety Supervisors course.
* Ability to undertake a Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English.
* Understanding of operational and financial reports.
* Highly developed management and conflict resolution skills.
* Familiarity with food safety concepts.
* Willingness to work one shift per month in a leading kitchen position.
* Strong IT acumen.
