The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Allied Health Practitioner to join our team of in-house Allied Health professionals in the Psychology, Social work and Counselling fields. Our Allied Health Professionals compliments the services of our dedicated Employment Services consultants, providing a holistic care approach to barriers to employment, including drug and alcohol treatment, personal development or health interventions. This role will require travel between our Midland, Mirrabooka, and Joondalup offices, with work performed across all sites as needed.

You will

* Support clients in achieving personal growth and development through individualised counselling and guidance.
* Work collaboratively with Impact teams and actively participate in case review meetings to ensure coordinated client support.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients\' unique goals and barriers, providing motivation and guidance towards employment pathways.
* Deliver counselling sessions using a range of therapeutic interventions and implement ongoing support plans tailored to client needs.
* Provide vocational counselling to assist clients in identifying suitable career paths and employment opportunities.
* Liaise with and refer clients to appropriate local health professionals and community services as required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including detailed case notes and professional reports.

About you

* Are you a qualified Psychologist currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); or
* A qualified Allied Health professional holding a degree or graduate diploma in one of the following disciplines: Social Work, Behavioural Sciences, Rehabilitation Counselling or Other relevant Allied Health qualifications

Current professional registration with the relevant authority is required where the qualification mandates registration

* Knowledge of Employment Services (desirable).
* Have a passion for working towards positive outcomes and assisting individuals into meaningful employment.
* High level of communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of Psychology assessments/ or intervention strategies.
* Current drivers licence and reliable transport.
