Design & Build Recruitment is recruiting an experienced and motivated Project Engineer to join our client's team on an exciting and landmark high‑rise apartment new build project.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of the project.
Responsibilities
* Collaborating with the project management team.
* Developing and implementing project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Managing and coordinating all engineering activities, including design, construction, and quality assurance.
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
* Conducting regular site walk‑throughs to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
* Working with other engineers to ensure the successful completion of the project.
* Liaising with client, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and resolve project‑related challenges.
What's Required
* MUST have site or project engineer experience on new build projects $30M+.
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and relevant regulations.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
