The Senior Leader will oversee a portfolio of levied industries, driving growth and long-term prosperity through strategic leadership and oversight.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering a portfolio strategy that clearly defines research, communication, and extension priorities.
* Engaging and aligning stakeholders around strategic priorities and success measures.
* Implementing a Stakeholder Engagement Framework to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment with industry needs.
* Supporting ongoing planning and reviews of portfolio performance, evolving priorities, current and future capacity, resource needs, and team culture.
The role requires an entrepreneurial approach to securing co-investment from producers, industry groups, government, and research providers.
