Our organisation is a leading hospitality and community hub in Far North Queensland, delivering exceptional member experiences through dining, gaming, entertainment, sport, and community initiatives. With multiple venues and a strong football and community presence, the Club is committed to innovation, excellence, and connection. Brothers Leagues Club Cairns is the home of Fratelli's Café & Restaurant, Bistro 26, Shamrock Bar, Q Sports Bar, entertainment & function spaces and a modern Gaming Lounge. The Role
As our Digital Content & Design Specialist, you'll be the creative force behind our gaming promotions, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. From designing eye-catching graphics to producing engaging video and photography content, you'll help shape the visual identity of our brands. You'll also manage website content and digital performance to ensure our online presence is dynamic and effective.
What You'll Do
* Design and deliver high-quality graphics for promotions and campaigns.
* Manage and optimise website content and digital performance.
* Create engaging multimedia content, including video and photography.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
* Support major events and campaigns, including occasional weekend and after-hours work.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in the role and part of our team you will have:
* Proven experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
* Strong understanding of website management and digital performance.
* Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines.
