Position Summary: The Property Management Assistant is a key role with potential progression to a Property Manager. Effective time management, task prioritisation, accuracy, and documentation are essential. The role requires following directions from senior staff and adhering to office procedures.
Key Requirements: Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain. NSW Driver's Licence and own vehicle.
Job Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining the rent roll and onboarding new properties. Coordinate with managers to ensure high-quality service. Maintain property records. Arrange advertising and handle maintenance issues. Assist with tenant selection and provide property information.
Job Functions: Residential property management and leasing.
