**About the role**:
The Reliabililty Support Administrator is a full-time position based at Hebel site in Somersby. CSR offers hybrid working, with three days onsite, and two days working remotely.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager and based within the maintenance office, this role is responsible for purchasing spare parts, organising training for staff and providing a range of administration duties for the maintenance and engineering teams.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Manage the weekly maintenance work orders
- Schedule reviews and update preventative maintenance orders
- Cyclical reporting of key maintenance deliverables
- Coordination of reliability and engineering teams' purchase orders
- Facilitate contractor management
- Coordinate training and management of records (including licence requirements) for compliance to regulations
- Asset compliance documentation and reporting
- Receiving of deliveries to reliability, production and engineering teams
- Management of spare parts via SAP
- Maintain files and offer general administrative support to the Reliability and Engineering Teams
- Comply with WHSE authorities in accordance with the responsibilities matrix
- Administration of the CSR Way system on site
**What you'll bring**:
- Experienece working as a Spares Purchaser / Purchasing Officer
- Problem solving and continuous improvement skills
- SAP purchasing experience - essential
- SAP PM (advantageous)
- Previous purchasing experience working within a workshop environment
- Experience in working with tradesmen
- Previous experience with SAP & SAP PM
- Ability to work in a coordinated and collaborative manner
- Ability to work autonomously when required
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both internal and external clients
- Computer literacy.
