We are engaged in high-profile major projects and contracted to some of the largest players in the energy, industrial and construction sectors.The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager, Scaffold Superintendent and Supervisors who are safety-focused, quality-driven, and results-oriented.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple teams across various sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining strong client relationships.Project ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage scaffolding projects from tender through to completionDevelop project programs, budgets, and resource schedules specific to scaffolding worksOversee contract administration, client liaison, and stakeholder managementCoordinate procurement of scaffolding materials, plant, and subcontractor servicesEnsure compliance with safety regulations, codes of practice, and industry standardsMonitor project risks and implement strategies to resolve issues effectivelyPrepare project progress reports, forecasts, and cost tracking for management and clientsKey AccountabilitiesDelivery of projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standardsMaintaining strong client relationships and securing repeat businessAccurate financial forecasting and reporting for all projectsCompliance with all WHS legislation and company safety policiesEffective utilisation of resources (labour, plant, and materials)Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate scaffold erection, alteration, and dismantling activitiesSupervise and direct site crews, subcontractors, and material deliveriesConduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and scaffold design requirementsMonitor project schedules, productivity, and resource allocationLiaise with Project Managers and clients on site progress and operational issuesLead toolbox talks, pre-starts, and ensure strong safety culture on siteKey AccountabilitiesSafe and efficient execution of scaffolding works in line with designs and regulationsAchievement of site milestones and productivity targetsHigh standards of workmanship and quality assurance across all scaffoldsCompliance with WHS, environmental, and company policies on every siteEffective supervision and development of crews and subcontractorsKey ResponsibilitiesLead scaffold crews in safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffoldsAllocate tasks, monitor work quality, and provide hands-on support and trainingEnsure scaffolding activities comply with WHS legislation, SWMS, and engineering designsReport daily progress, safety observations, and material requirements to the SuperintendentMaintain accurate records of scaffold use, inspections, and handover certificatesAssist in resolving site issues and provide technical guidance to crew membersPromote teamwork, safe work practices, and a professional site cultureKey AccountabilitiesSafety and compliance of all scaffolding works performed by their crewQuality and accuracy of scaffold erection in line with design specificationsTimely completion of assigned works to meet project schedulesMaintaining accurate site documentation and scaffold inspection recordsFostering a safe, productive, and cooperative crew environmentRequiredMinimum of three years of experience in the scaffolding industry.Demonstrated experience in scaffolding within the commercial sector (preferred) or maintenance/shutdowns across mining, heavy industry, or oil and gas.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.Proven track record in building and maintaining robust client relationships.A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.Commitment to safety and quality as top priorities.Must be computer literateAdditional InformationThe successful candidate will be required to undertake a minimum Drug and Alcohol (D&A;) screening and Audiometry Assessment.
