Job Title: Master Bathroom Renovation Plumber
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing a comprehensive renovation of a master bathroom, which includes replacing an existing electric hot water tank with a new one and installing a new stovetop, gas. The plumber will need to fix a burst water pipe caused by accidentally drilling into it, requiring the repair may involve cutting open plasterboard. Additionally, a storm water pipe is broken and needs to be fixed, and some pipes are missing caps that require replacement. Furthermore, a replacement is needed for an existing S-trap toilet with a Mondella WELS 4-star 4.6L Full Concerto back-to-wall rimless toilet suite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Replace the existing Rheem 125 Lt electric hot water tank with a new one.
* Install a new Euromaid stovetop, gas.
* Fix a burst water pipe caused by accidentally drilling into it, which may require cutting open plasterboard.
* Repair a storm water pipe that is broken.
* Replace pipes without caps.
* Replace an existing S-trap toilet with a Mondella WELS 4-star 4.6L Full Concerto back-to-wall rimless toilet suite.
