About the Role
We're looking for a confident, passionate, and experienced Stock Controller/Pharmacy Assistant to join our Dedicated to Care team. This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday) with no late nights, offering the perfect balance of responsibility and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Primary focus: Stock Controller duties
* Order, maintain, and replenish stock across two pharmacies
* Monitor performance, rebates, and ensure stock levels meet agreed budgets
* Comply with QCPP standards and SKU weight requirements
* Assist front-of-shop as a Pharmacy Assistant when required
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of Community Pharmacy experience
* Strong attention to detail and an eye for merchandising
* Excellent administration and computer literacy skills
* Experience with Minfos stock monitoring software
* Great communication skills and a positive team attitude
* Must have the right to live and work in Australia
