The Role
You will be the overseer of marketing across three agencies within our brand
• Belgrave
• Montrose
• Olinda
This is a leadership position responsible for brand consistency, campaign execution and strategic growth across all offices.
We value someone who thrives working on site rather than remotely. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with Directors, Sales Agents and your own marketing assistant to bring campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities
Brand and Campaign Leadership
• Oversee all marketing activity across the three offices
• Manage end to end marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across print, digital and office presence
• Execute high quality, boutique level marketing collateral

Strategic Marketing
• Develop marketing strategies that elevate brand positioning
• Implement seasonal and annual campaign plans
• Identify growth and lead generation opportunities (meta-ads)
• Contribute creative direction to brand evolution

Community and Sponsorship Marketing
• Manage marketing for community partnerships and sponsorships
• Promote local events, charities and initiatives
• Strengthen Bell's presence as a community embedded brand
• Align campaigns with our local support values

Digital and Social Media
• Oversee social media strategy and performance
• Oversee content creation, scheduling and engagement
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and ad systems

Team Collaboration
• Work closely with agents on various projects
• Liaise with Directors on brand and growth strategy
• Lead and support your marketing assistant
• Collaborate daily with office teams

About You
We are seeking someone who wants ownership, creative freedom and the opportunity to shape a growing brand.
Experience
• Proven experience managing a brand
• Real estate marketing experience highly regarded but not essential
• Campaign and print marketing exposure preferred
