You’ll connect with new businesses, nurture relationships, and develop a strong presence within our market.· Business Development: Identify, target, and approach potential clients. You’ll develop relationships, understand their hiring needs, and demonstrate the value we bring as a staff augmentation partner.· Client Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on the talent market, industry trends, and recruitment strategies to support their business goals.· Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends, keep up with competitor activities, and share valuable insights with both clients and the talent team.· Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and networking gatherings to expand your connections and keep our talent pipeline fresh.About YouThis role is ideal for someone with a background in both sales/business development and 360 recruitment, and a drive to grow a portfolio of clients.
