**Waymark Hotels is seeking a Payroll Manager to join the team based in our Head Office in Fortitude Valley!**
As our Payroll Manager you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the payrolls for the hotel division and Head Office are processed on time and with a high degree of accuracy and that associated administration functions are completed.

**The Role**:
- Ensure weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls are processed on time and accurately.
- Ensure payroll databases are well maintained and up to date.
- Payroll reporting and statutory requirements are successfully managed.
- Provide reporting and analysis to the business to assist with managing cost/risk.
- Assisting with payroll related enquiries, reviews and audits.
- At least 5 years experience in payroll processing roles.
- Sound working knowledge of current payroll and industrial relations frameworks (including Award Interpretation), along with industry best practice.
- Exposure to hospitality industry and HIGA award is desirable but not essential.
- Exposure to Time and Attendance Software. Experience with Humanforce desirable but not essential.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential.
