Legal Support Assistant – Entry level position, Full-time, Fixed term six months. Public Defence Service Wellington.

Duties
The PDS is looking for a Legal Support Assistant to join our legal support team based at our Support Hub 2 in Central Wellington. Reporting to the Legal Secretary Team leader, your duties will include:
* assisting our regional offices
* setting up client files and collating legal documents
* processing client disclosure
* and a variety of general office administration tasks.

While you may have already gained some experience in a professional environment that is customer driven, and been involved in general office administration tasks, this is a chance for you to get in at the 'ground floor' in the interesting area of criminal law.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $55,343 and $70,144 based on skills and experience.
