**Preferred Qualifications**

The Lead Engagement Owner have autonomy to make decisions necessary to guide Oracle Health / Cerner projects throughout their lifecycle to completion and closure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead strategy and accountability for client roadmaps and project plans
- Direct and manage a team of highly influential associates responsible for delivering value to strategic clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to execute client and methodology vision, objectives, and strategy
- Design, build, and maintain complex project plans based on contractual commitments
- Manage highly complex, multi-client or multi-facility projects, resources, financials, and scope according to project plan and contractual commitments
- Act as an escalation point for client and project risks
- Manage project milestones and review regularly with both the internal project and external client teams
- Monitor key performance indicators and intervene as necessary to mitigate client risks and ensure value is delivered to the client as committed

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 8-10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education; including:

- At least 5 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) project/program management, client relationship management
- At least 3 years financial management experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prince 2 Certification/PMP
- Experience utilizing Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
- Experience working with Oracle Health / Cerner International PMO
- Familiarity with Oracle Health / Cerner ISO requirements and experience participating in Audits
- Experience with Oracle Health / Cerner implementation methodology
- Experience utilizing Oracle Health / Cerner Project Management tools
- PPM, Sharepoint, Jira
- Experience developing standard processes and working with developers to create PowerBI reports

**Expectations**
- Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

As a recognized authority and leading contributor, this project management professional, provides consistent innovative and high quality solution leadership. Responsible for guiding the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction.

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle's methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle's risk and exposure. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on small to medium engagements. Provides direction and mentoring to project team. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing current opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of medium sized projects including the recovery of remedial projects.

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position. Prior project team leadership or management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed.
