You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns, optimise marketing ROI, and build customer journeys that disrupt competitors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of marketing acquisition programs.Create compelling marketing briefs in partnership with the GIO Marketing Manager.Develop brand narratives that attract new customers and reinforce loyalty.Collaborate with automation and content teams to deliver lifecycle and bespoke marketing programs.Build campaigns around emerging platforms and social sentiment.Apply test-and-learn methodologies and leverage data insights for continuous improvement.Manage agency relationships and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Coach and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.What You'll BringTertiary qualification in Business or Marketing (mandatory).5–8 years' experience in brand marketing (client or agency side).
