**Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert advice and support to management and employees on a range of employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and workplace investigations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant legislation and company values.
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for appropriate action.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and other relevant stakeholders to manage employee relations matters and mitigate risk.
- Manage and resolve conflicts and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide regular training and coaching to management and employees on employee relations matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant qualification in workplace relations, employment law or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in an employee relations role.
- Experience in a top-tier, commercial professional services environment highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
