System Administrator II
National Corporate Housing is seeking an on-site System Administrator II for our Corporate IT division located in our Denver, CO headquarters with strong knowledge in Windows 11, Office 365, AzureAD/Entra, MS Intune, and other end-user software. This role will report to the IT Manager and will help support over 300 end-users in offices throughout the United States and a few international locations. The System Administrator should be a jack-of-all-trades with excellent technical skills and extremely strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 & 3 support and technical guidance to front line Help Desk Analysts and provide occasional Tier 1 support to our internal user base
Provide support, technical guidance, and act as backup to other System & Security Administrators
Contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
Primary administrator for MS Intune, creating and maintaining packages & configurations of managed workstations
Create and maintain security policies for users
Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks
Create and maintain internal policies and procedures
Implement solutions when workflow deficiencies identified within Helpdesk team
Analyze reports to determine recurring issues and provide long term resolution
Manage VoIP Phone system
Password and identity management, including user account administration (setup, maintenance, auditing)
Monitor system/infrastructure and workstation performance
Install software and updates for server OS and application software
Solicit feedback from Associates about technology needs
Create materials and provide training to associates on technology resources
Plan for and respond to service outages and other problems
Off-hour/Weekend work and on-call rotation may occasionally be required (system updates/patches/etc)
Other tasks or duties as assigned by IT Management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MCSE are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience
Five – Seven years of System Administrator experience in a corporate environment, supporting 100 or more users
Working experience with the following technologies is required
AzureAD/Entra, including SSO, on-prem Active Directory, Azure AD Connect
O365 Administration, including Exchange Online/hybrid, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint
Security Operations, including risk assessments, responding to breach/compromise incidents, Conditional Access Policies, DLP Policies
PowerShell scripting

Cloudflare (or similar Web Application Firewall/CDN/DNS services)
