This is a 6-month fixed term, Monday to Friday role.As a Digital Business Analyst, you will:* Define and document current and future state business processes.* Lead requirements gathering and produce clear user stories and acceptance criteria.* Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure priorities are understood and ready for development.* Act as the key link between stakeholders, Product Managers/Owners, and technical teams.* Facilitate workshops to align teams on scope, design, and delivery decisions.* Apply agile analysis techniques, including story mapping and prioritisation.* Ensure proposed solutions deliver measurable business value.* Break down complex problems into actionable requirements.* Support the creation and review of program artefacts and MVP planning.**Who We Are***Sime is a partner of choice for some of the world's best brands in the Industrial and Motors sectors.
