The Senior Service Consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of support to our contractors throughout their assignment with Airswift.
You will also work closely with various internal teams, like Payroll, Legal, Mobility, Recruitment & our Talent Managers in the MSP Service Line, to ensure high-quality service is offered to all clients and contractors.
The Senior Service Consultant is responsible for supporting Contractors throughout the duration of their assignment with our clients, from on-boarding to off-boarding.
This includes all pre-start requirements, logistics, document recording, tracking of rechargeable expenses, and ongoing support to queries.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of contractor care and engagement through outbound calls and coffee catch ups.
The Senior Service Consultant will be responsible for all the administrative functions associated with this service.
This may include booking medicals, booking background checks, obtaining onboarding information, drafting contracts and amendments.
Contractor is on an assignment with our client, the Senior Service Consultant will also be responsible to ensure the ongoing care of our contracts which may include, supporting with the timesheet submissions, booking travel as required as well as any ad hoc contractor requests.
You will be encouraged to identify and/or support in process improvement initiatives and various projects on a local or regional level.
You will need to be able to use multiple internal systems to track data and run reports.
