About This Role
To succeed in this position, you will need:
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant regulatory body
* Experience working within the aged care sector, including knowledge of quality standards and accreditation frameworks
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar nursing role, with a proven track record of leadership and teamwork
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
