Working with us
For 1 year, receive an isolation bonus of AUD$3,500. If you stay for 2 years, you will get AUD$10,500. For your 3rd year and every year after, you will get AUD$7,000.
In your downtime, we will provide 2 return airfares per annum (including spouse/dependents) to the nearest east coast provincial city in conjunction with your recreation leave, which offers 5 weeks per annum with a 17.5% loading/bonus.
Base salary ranges between $107,960 and $115,604 per annum (Clinical Midwife Grade 6, Band 1).
12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
Long Service Leave and Sick Leave accrual.
Tax savings through salary sacrificing options are also available.

About The Role
Permanent full-time role - Applications will be assessed regularly throughout this campaign.
The Clinical Midwife provides advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning, and coordination in managing pregnant and postpartum clients with various care needs, ensuring quality standards are met.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences as a Registered Midwife are mandatory.
A postgraduate qualification or current enrollment in a relevant postgraduate program is highly desirable.
Must work all shifts as per the unit roster and participate in an on-call roster.
Travel within the North West Hospital and Health Service may be required.
C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
Pre-employment screening, including Criminal History checks, will be conducted.
Evidence of vaccination or immunity to Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis may be required.
A probation period may apply.
