What you will be Doing
In this hands‐on dual role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting counter sales and warehouse operations at the Brookvale branch. Your day‐to‐day will include assisting customers in person, over the phone and via email, processing sales orders and quotes through Microsoft 365 Dynamics, and providing knowledgeable advice on refrigeration and HVAC products.
You will also play an active role in warehouse activities such as receiving stock, picking and packing orders, and maintaining accurate stock control, including safe forklift operation. Working closely with a supportive team, you will help ensure smooth operations while contributing to sales, service and customer satisfaction targets.
What you will need
* Previous experience in customer service, sales support and/or warehouse operations
* Current LF Forklift License (mandatory)
* Current Drivers License (mandatory)
* Strong computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM systems highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills and a strong team‐focused approach
* Ability to multitask and work confidently across both sales and operational duties
