This leading NDIS registered organisation is currently undergoing a period of positive transformation, with a refreshed executive team emphasising purposeful leadership and compassionate decision-making.
Your new role
As a HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders, providing coaching and guidance across the full employee lifecycle during a period of change. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, your core priorities will span industrial relations, leadership enablement, culture & engagement, compliance and more. Beyond the day-to-day HR delivery, you will have the opportunity to help reshape the organisation's approach to people matters and contribute to the maturity of the HR operating model. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role where your influence and expertise will have a clear impact.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong HR generalist experience with IR/ER capability.
* Resilience, relationship-focused approach and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in human services related organisations preferred.
* Understanding of NDIS structures and compliance will be advantageous.
* Willingness to travel as required - the team and workforce are geographically distributed.
