**Job Summary:**
This role involves delivering support services to clients residing in a residential care environment, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life through assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide care in accordance with individualized Care Plans
* Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities
**Requirements:**
* Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
* Ability to meet probity checks required by legislation or policies
* NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
