* Full‐time hours on rotating day and night shifts
Duties, but not limited to:
* Assemble and fabricate components using blueprints, cutting, grinding and shaping metal
* Install and align new machinery and equipment
* Perform routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance on fixed plant
* Diagnose mechanical faults and repair or replace worn parts including bearings, gears and pipes
* Operate precision tools and machinery such as calipers, micrometers, lathes, welders and CNC equipment
* Complete accurate documentation, maintenance logs and safety checks
* Conduct preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance on processing, filling and packaging machinery
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving pneumatics, hydraulics, steam systems and pumps
* Work in strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, CAPA and quality systems
* Record work orders and maintenance activities in CMMS systems (SAP)
Skills/experience:
* Mechanical fitting trade certificate
* Previous experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing
* Strong GMP knowledge and adherence
* Self‐driven with strong problem‐solving ability
* Experience working rotating shifts
* Detail‐oriented and reliable
* Candidates living reasonably close to site preferred due to shift structure
