About the Role
This is a full-time position (38 hours per week). As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and managing stock. This is a leadership role where you'll help guide and develop the team while ensuring the store runs smoothly in the Store Manager's absence.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving performance targets while enhancing the customer experience.
* Assist in leading, mentoring, and developing the store team, cultivating a positive and results-driven environment.
* Oversee stock management, ensuring effective stock replenishment, markdowns, and timely stocktakes.
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards to reflect brand direction.
* Ensure excellent service and build lasting customer relationships.
