We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support the continued growth of our electrical business across residential and light commercial work. This role is critical to protecting margin, improving quote quality, and ensuring work is priced accurately and commercially. You'll work closely with operations and leadership to price work correctly, reduce rework, and support strong conversion through clear, professional quoting and follow-up processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate, profitable quotes for electrical, air conditioning and solar works
* Ensure pricing aligns with agreed gross profit targets
* Minimise scope gaps, variations, and pricing errors
* Support quote follow-ups and internal sales processes
* Maintain estimating systems, templates, and job data
* Work closely with operations to review post-job performance
What We're Looking For
* Electrical trade background or strong estimating experience
* Air-conditioning and Solar Background advantageous
* Solid understanding of margins, labour, and materials pricing
* High attention to detail and commercial awareness
* Comfortable working with estimating and job management software
* Reliable, structured, and accountable
