The Clinical Coordinator Nursing reports directly to the Nurse Manager.You will:Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans.Deliver nursing services, including medication management, wound care, diabetes management, catheter care, stomal therapy, and cognitive assessments.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, Case Managers, and NDIS Support Coordinators for holistic client care.Educate clients and families to enhance safe living in the community.Provide clinical direct care (50% billable hours) and support District Nurses in evidence-based interventions.Ensure high-quality, compliant nursing services and monitor client satisfaction.Mentor new nursing staff, oversee clinical inductions, and manage staff performance.Address quality issues, workforce planning, and WHS compliance.Support client services, coordinate training programs, and act as the first point of contact for the nursing team.Do you have what it takes?We are looking for passionate people who care about making a difference in the lives of our people.
