Senior Work Health and Safety Advisor
Public Sector People is seeking an experienced Senior Work Health and Safety Advisor for an initial 6‐month temporary contract with possible extensions.

Responsibilities
* Assist with incident investigations for worker incidents and hazards reported through the incident management system.
* Support the identification, planning and delivery of operational initiatives and WHS KPIs targeting improvements in local organisational capability in incident and injury prevention, incident investigations, front‐line safety leadership, and effective on‐site monitoring of high‐risk activities.
* Support and assist with the local implementation of operational safety content through the delivery of informal on‐site training/education, coordination of trials, consultation and monitoring of the effectiveness of on‐site safety with workers and their elected health and safety representatives in each crew.
Shift Pattern
For the first 4 weeks the shift will be day shift, nine‐day fortnight, every second Friday off. Following that, the shift will be late‐morning to night, 4 nights, every Friday off. Overtime up to 10–12 hours per week at time and half. Standard weekly hours are 36.25.
